I am Elyse Haren. I have been singing, playing guitar, piano, writing music and recording music for over 18 years both professionally and recreationally. I am a certified musical instructor and I've been teaching music for over ten years at charter schools (Odyssey, S.E.E.DS), private schools (Manhattan Academy) and through accredited homeschool programs (Muse, The Keystone).
I am a strong believer that everyone should be able to have a life of music. That's why I became a teacher. Whether you're a just a beginner or an advanced student needing guidance, let's explore music together!
I offer both classes and private lessons, separated by skill level, for different instruments and music production. If you're unsure about which level is appropriate for you, I also offer placement tests!
